Your first visit is a 75 minute comprehensive evaluation where we review your history, current concerns, and treatment goals.
What this visit includes:
• Full psychiatric assessment
• Discussion of diagnosis and treatment options
• Medication recommendations (if appropriate)
• Time for questions
These 60 minute appointments allow for more in-depth discussion, treatment planning, and support when additional time is helpful.
Patients often choose this option when:
• Symptoms are changing
• Medications need closer monitoring or adjustment
• There are multiple concerns to discuss
• More time is needed for care and support
These 30 minute appointments are shorter and more focused, typically used when treatment is stable and the primary goal is medication management.
This visit is helpful for:
• Medication check-ins
• Reviewing how medications are working
• Minor adjustments to treatment
• Routine follow-up when symptoms are stable
Our practice is out-of-network with insurance plans.
However, many patients are still able to receive reimbursement depending on their benefits. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
You may want to ask your insurance provider:
• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
• What percentage of visits are reimbursed?
• Is there a deductible?
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept:
• Credit and debit cards
• HSA / FSA cards
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We ask for 24–48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
