Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized mental health care. We treat a variety
of mental health disorders and work collaboratively to provide a neutral ground to individuals, couples, children, adolescents and adults. We utilize a number of therapeutic modalities including medication management and recommend complementary medicine, when appropriate. Our mission is to foster balance and promote mental health and emotional well-being.
Our focus is to instill hope as we enable individuals to develop their inner strengths as they grow and heal. We achieve this by providing a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a therapeutic plan.
We support you throughout your recovery as we create a therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect, openness, confidentiality and trust. Our objective is to facilitate healing as you pursue your goals.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder affects millions today. It can be difficult when you can't focus. We can help guide you through the process of obtaining the best solution for your needs.
Most people have obsessive thoughts and/or compulsive behaviors at some point in their lives, but when an extreme cycle develops and consumes time and energy to a person's detriment, it is important to seek effective treatment options.
Mood disorders can range from
Seasonal Affective Disorder to Dysthymia, Major Depression and
Bipolar Disorder. They can also be substance-induced or be related to other health issues. We offer both conventional and alternative methods of treating mood disorders, including Light Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, natural supplements and medication.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Fear and hopelessness are just a few of the emotions that can linger after traumatic events. We can help you to identify triggers and learn to manage symptoms, guiding you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held individually and with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
